We learn from each other
In our network we meet regularly to exchange experiences, for so called Communities of practice.
Our network of member organisations and their partners are filled to the brim with knowledge and experiences. An important task for SMC is to be a meeting place, where organisations can learn from each other, that is why we use the concept Community of practice.
En Community of practice, CoP
- is a group of people who share a common interest or concern
- discuss both common and personal challenges and goals
- share best practices and create new knowledge
- meet regularly, both face-to-face and in web-based environments.
Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting
Several of our member organisations work with Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting, which are qualitative methods for planning, monitoring and evaluation. There is a very activ Community of practice on these methods, where member organisations and their partners meet regularly.
